Thank you for visiting our page. The Jacksonville Section – National Council of Negro Women, Incorporated (NCNW) was chartered August-1938 in the beautiful city of Jacksonville, Florida. Over the 80+ years of being in operation the Jacksonville section of NCNW has continued to grow and expand its reach in Duval, County.

The Jacksonville section of NCNW, Inc. chartered a NCNW, Inc collegiate section on the campus of Edward Waters College, which is notably the oldest Historically Black College / University in Florida.

As the Jacksonville section of NCNW, Inc. collaborates with city officials, advocates, and community leaders within Jacksonville, Florida; the goal will remain consistent to our mission: “To lead, advocate for and empower women of African descent, their families and communities.”
